Mr Pitt Nearly Shot near Wandsworth

[Wandsworth Common? On his way back from "Mr Jenkinson's seat near Wandsworth." If this is indeed Pitt the Younger, 1784 is the year of a British general election in which he secured an overall majority of about 120 in the House of Commons. Was this Jenkinson the Earl of Liverpool, or perhaps his brother or other relative? The first Earl of Liverpool was Charles Jenkinson, 1st Baron Hawkesbury (1786), created Earl in 1796.]
