There is an even larger version of the black and white panorama here (12Mb). I can see the name "Bake A Cake" in the black and white image - this should help date the picture.

Some of the boards outside Stanley Bouts Newsagent (no.7) are legible, suggesting this photograph was taken in March 1945 - I can see "Daily Telegraph: Russian March on Danzig" on the left, and the word "Warsaw" on the board second from the right. A close look at the original in the Wandsworth Heritage Centre may be even more forthcoming.
Notice e.g. the bell sign with the word "telephone" above Stanley Bouts newsagent and stationer.
Is the pillar box the same now as then?
Notice the parapet with urns above nos. 4 and 5 [?]? "? Willett Grocery Stores" and "Post Office". The parapet and urns have gone, but part of the [pediment?] is still visible on the left-hand house [no.?].

[PB: It would be good to identify and number all the other shops in this picture (which should also help us to date the photograph).

Notice the circular Mac Fisheries logos above no.4? Also the wrd "Illustrated" under the eves of "Mocks" (no.?), and the "Restaurant" sign, right. (This sign can also be seen in the "Waitrose" image above.) See also the "EKCO" in the shopfront, right. EKCO was a British electronics company producing radio and TV sets from 1924-1960. The name appears to be something like K.M.Hub... Was this a TV and radio repair shop?

For many years, Robert Trindle had a shopfront at the top of Bellevue [number?]. he briefly went into partnership as "Rymer ? Trindle". By 2017? had set up as a private agent.
A panel from Jennifer Penny's original U3L presentation in 2017. Naturally she wanted to take her photograph from the same position, but she feared for her life.
This image is a photocopy of an original. It would be good to scan a better copy.
This pub has sometimes been numbered as if on Trinity Road at no.172, as in the image above, rather than 35, Bellevue. For example, during WWII, the number 35 was given to the first of thirty or more Bellevue Prefabs. It has also been numbered 226, Trinity Rd [CHECK: Is it currently [2020] 226, Trinity Rd?]
